The main aim of taking care of World Heritage is the provide safety and security to cultural and natural aspects of human civilization. The only objective of enlisting these Heritage Sites and Monuments from the member countries is to preserve the anciant art and culture for life long. There are some World Heritage Sites in India like khajuraho Temples and The Taj Mahal.
