Climate of Mussoorie

By Air:
By air its very easy to reach here, The Indian Airlines runs weekly five flights from Delhi to the Jolly Grant Airport. Airport: The Jolly Grant Airport is the nearest functioning airport, at about distance of 59 km.


By Rail:
The Dehradun city is well connected to all major cities of india with super-fast trains such as the Mussoorie Express, Calcutta-Howrah-Doon Express, the Bombay Doon Express and Gorakhpur-Doon Express. The all trains are luxury ones, The Shatabdi Express leaves New Delhi every day except Thursdays. Railway station: Dehradun, 34 km away, serves as the railhead for Mussoorie.


By Road:
You can make a tour by buses from Delhi to this beautiful hill station, You can also hire a car or cab both private and state-run from Dehradun to Mussoorie, The tourists can also hire a group cabs or take any of the buses plying from outside the Dehradun Railway Station. And If you are from the jammu and kashmir area for that you can also travel from Jammu, Saharanpur is the very convenient place to get a bus directly to Mussoorie. The road distance from Delhi to mussorie is around 269 km, is well maintained journey and can be completed in six hours.
